We convert structural requirements into precise fabrication cutting sheets. Material grades (IS 2062 mild steel, SS 304/316, 6063 T6 aluminium, or seasoned teakwood) are selected strictly based on load, span, and climate exposure.
All primary fabrication takes place inside our dedicated Ludhiana workshop. Heavy hydraulic shearing, fiber laser profile cutting, and high-argon TIG/MIG welding ensure deep weld pool penetration that never cracks under load.
Before painting, every piece is dry-fitted on precision welding jigs. Weld seams are blended flush with multi-grit flap discs, treated with zinc-phosphate anti-corrosion wash, and finished with electrostatic powder coating or PU lacquer.
Our experienced workshop crew handles transportation and mounting. We anchor using heavy-duty Fischer/Hilti chemical fasteners into concrete, calibrate hinge and roller bearings, and clean down all surfaces spotless.
